Lt.General (R) M Habibullah Khan Khattak incorporated Bibojee Services Private Limited (BSL) as a Private company in September 1981 to act as Managing Agents and Trustees.

The World Bank and other international Financial Institutions have repeatedly shown confidence in the business ability and expertise of BSL by selecting them for projects in Pakistan and abroad.

              In June 1974, BSL on behalf of the international corporation and the Pakistani Financial institutions was handed over the operation of Pakistan Paper Corporation Limited, manufacturers of paper. The Management Agreement made BSL responsible for the technical, marketing, financial and administrative aspects of the Company.

            Chemicals Limited, manufacturers of Caustic Soda and Chlorine a losing concern, was also handed over to BSL. Both losing Concerns were effectively reorganized and turned into profitable ventures.

           BSL planned, constructed,  and supervised Cotton Textile Mills Limited, Khartoum (Sudan) a composite textile unit. This Plant was established in 1980 in collaboration with T.G.M Group of Sudan, Sudan Development Corporation, International Finance Corporation, German Development Company.

BSL has since grown in BIBOJEE GROUP OF COMPANIES comprising of industires in TEXTILE, AUTOMOBILE, TYRE, and CONSTRUCTION. the group employees to over 7,000 workers.

The strength of our group is the professional working atmosphere. This has resulted in the development of a high caliber and dedicated group of executives who are effectively managing the operations of the group.

Bibojee Group is also aware of its responsibility to the community. It has set up a Trust Called Waqf Kuli Khan to provide scholarships to deserving students. Each company donates a portion of the profits to the trust every year. The Trust has provided scholarships to hundreds of students.
